Another project in our curriculum was to design parts of a motocross bike.
In a one week long workshop, we were introduced to the material clay
and learned how to model and form it.
Our task was to create the front chassis part of a KTM motocross bike based on the original size and original mounting options. So that the obtained clay models correspondin size, shape and surface the original parts of the motocross bike.

The four chassis parts, namely a fender, a number plate and hand guards were sketched by hand before the finished designs were then molded with clay.
